Pasture Boarding
Boarding on acres of beautiful rolling pastures allow your horse to roam in a safe environment and friendly herd dynamic. Pasture board is $340 a month which includes applicable state tax.

Training
Trainer on location. Excels in breakouts, barrels, western pleasure, Halter, tune-ups, desensitizing, trail training.

Stall Boarding
Stall horses are kept in a heated barn and includes turnout and grain twice a day if needed. Stall board is $740 a month which includes applicable state tax.
Stall board is limited availability and we often have a waiting list

Lessons
Lessons are available for ages 4 and up. Beginner to advanced lessons. Working on safety, confidence, problem salving, specific skill building to show ring ready.

SS Ranch is one of the best boarding and training facilities I’ve ever been apart of! The atmosphere is so uplifting and positive! Everyone there is like a big family, so supportive. About 2 years ago we began searching for somewhere to take riding lessons together during our last year “at home” together before Grace started kindergarten and I went back to working outside our home. A family friend, who is also a horse owner/lover, quickly recommended Anne Marie at Sjoquist Ranch and assured us it would be worth the 40 minute drive (one way!). We had our first lesson together a few weeks later and have never looked back! To say that this place, these people, and these wonderful, well cared for animals have changed our lives is an understatement. Together they make every penny spent and every mile driven 100% worth it!
We are incredibly excited to have the new facility even closer, especially because we now have two horses we call our own at SS Ranch (and choose to board at SS Ranch even though we have pastures right at our own family farm)! The owners have spent their entire lives with horses, and are honest, hard-working, trustworthy people! Check em out - you won’t be disappointed!
